The Electric Utility Fleet Managers Conference began in 1953 as a regional meeting of electric utility fleet managers. Today the conference is attended by fleet managers of investor-owned utilities from across the U.S. and Canada.
Over 95 industry manufacturers and service providers attend. Electrical contractors to the utility industry and press representatives from industry publications also attend.

The first day of the EUFMC begins with a signature drive-thru demonstration of equipment followed by an afternoon equipment show. The remaining two days are devoted to the general session agenda of speakers and presentations related to utility fleet management and a roundtable discussion of best practices.
