| Some
important notes before you begin: |
|

By clicking on one of the menu selections below you will
be directed to a registration form to be completed and
submitted to EUFMC. After submitting the
registration information you will be given the option to
pay for your registration by check or proceed to our
secure online payment site.
The
registration form you select will determine the
registration fee. If you wish to register a spouse
and need to pay that fee separately, you will need to
complete separate forms, a fleet representative form and
an individual spouse form. If you wish to pay for both
registrations at once, select the combined fleet
representative and spouse registration option. |

Spouses
are encouraged to participate at the EUFMC but spouses
must be registered to attend the evening meals and
spouse programming. Conference registrations may
not be purchased for children. Children are
welcome to accompany their family on the Sunday
afternoon tour, Sunday evening activity and the
Equipment Show but children do not attend meals or
hospitality functions. |

Please note that once the registration information is
submitted it cannot be changed. If you need to
make changes after your registration is submitted,
please email the information to
abrownhailey@cox.net.
You will receive a confirmation email that your online
registration payment has been successfully processed and
accepted. Please keep a copy of the confirmation
email as your receipt.

Online registration
for the 2010 Sunday Golf Tournament has closed. Please contact
Dan Cox ,
EUFMC Golf Tournament Coordinator, with
any questions regarding the tournament. |
|
The 2010 EUFMC Golf Tournament will be held on Sunday, June 20th
with an 8:00 AM shotgun start. A continental breakfast will be
served at the clubhouse beginning at 6:45 AM.
All registered conference attendees are
invited to play. Our captain and crew (scramble) event
will be limited to 36 teams (144 golfers). The first 144
registered conference attendees will be included in the
tournament with other registrants placed on a waiting list.
As space is available, players on the waiting list will be
assigned on the day of the tournament.
In order to
maximize the availability for conference attendees, spouses are
not eligible to play in our Sunday golf tournament. |
