EUFMC 2010 Online Registration

Welcome EUFMC Presenters
Some important notes before you begin:  

     Thank you for agreeing to be a presenter at the 2010 Electric Utility Fleet Managers Conference.  You will want to review the information on this page.

     By clicking on one of the registration menu selections below you will be directed to a registration form to be completed and submitted to EUFMC.  You may also register your spouse to attend the conference.

     Please note that once the registration information is submitted it cannot be changed.  If you need to make changes after your registration is submitted, please email the information to abrownhailey@cox.net.

Online Registration


     General conference information can be found throughout the EUFMC website.  Please be sure to review information on our Home Page, Schedule of Events Page, and General Session Page.  General Session information will be updated as speakers and presentation titles are confirmed.
Presentation Media Formats and Handouts:
     A laptop with a projector will be available for PowerPoint presentations.  By June 4, please email or mail a flash drive with your presentation as well as your speaker’s biography to Sherry Moschner.

EUFMC Audience:
     Fleet representatives make up the majority of the General Session audience but manufacturers and service providers also attend.  For a list of fleet operations represented please visit our Attending Manufacturers and Attending Utilities pages.
Upon Your Arrival:
     When you arrive in Williamsburg please confirm with Sherry Moschner or Ann Brown-Hailey that your presentation has been received and loaded onto the presentation laptop.

     As a safeguard, please bring a spare copy of your presentation and your speaker’s biography with you to Williamsburg.

     The EUFMC Board makes all presentations available to participants on the EUFMC website after the conference concludes.  Please advise if you prefer not to have your presentation distributed after the conference.



1. Presenter Registration No Charge Register

     Online registration for the 2010 Sunday Golf Tournament has closed.  Please contact Dan Cox , EUFMC Golf Tournament Coordinator, with any questions regarding the tournament.

     The 2010 EUFMC Golf Tournament will be held on Sunday, June 20th with an 8:00 AM shotgun start. A continental breakfast will be served at the clubhouse beginning at 6:45 AM.

     All registered conference attendees are invited to play.  Our captain and crew (scramble) event will be limited to 36 teams (144 golfers).  The first 144 registered conference attendees will be included in the tournament with other registrants placed on a waiting list.  As space is available, players on the waiting list will be assigned on the day of the tournament.

     In order to maximize the availability for conference attendees, spouses are not eligible to play in our Sunday golf tournament.
